I recently saw my parents after long absence, and I'm not really sure, I don't remember what brought this up but we started talking about how smart and dumb members of the family were. And one thing my parents said, oh well, you're you very smart, you always have been - you just don't know how to use it. BOOM! mind explosion. That really struck a chord in me, and so I'm thinking about that. Bottom line - it's great to have parents who believe with you.
